By downloading, accessing, or using the Nourish application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is provided by Nourish ("we", "us", "our") and is intended for personal, non-commercial wellness and lifestyle use.

Certain features of the App are available through a paid subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the billing cycle you select.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

The App provides AI-generated nutritional estimates, meal plans, fasting tools, and cooking guidance for general informational and lifestyle purposes only.

None of the content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or health-related decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

Nutritional values are estimates and may not be fully accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

If any person files a lawsuit against the application for any reason — under any circumstances whatsoever, whether direct or indirect — and seeks compensation, the total compensation amount shall, under no circumstances, exceed $40 USD or the total amount that the user paid for their subscription to the App, whichever is lower.

This cap applies to all claims collectively and is the exclusive remedy. By using the App, you expressly agree to this limitation of liability.

You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering, attempting to access another user’s data, circumventing usage limits or subscription controls, or uploading unlawful or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
