Question 1

Is Nourish really free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nourish is free to start with no sign-up and no bank card required. You can scan meals, build diet plans, and track water, steps and fasting immediately. Optional premium features are available if you choose to create an account.

Question 2

How does the AI food scanner work?

Accepted Answer

Take a photo of your meal, type what you ate, or record a voice note. Nourish's AI identifies the food and instantly estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and sugar, then gives it a clear health rating.

Question 3

Can Nourish create a personalized diet plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell Nourish your goal, mood, budget and what's in your fridge and it builds a full day of meals with portions, smart swaps and an automatic shopping list. You can also generate a plan for a known diet like Mediterranean, Keto or Vegan.

Question 4

Do I need an account to start?

Accepted Answer

No. Nourish uses an anonymous-first flow — all core features work without an account. Sign-up is only needed if you want to sync or save your data across devices.

Question 5

What can I track in Nourish?

Accepted Answer

Nourish tracks calories and macros, water intake with reminders, daily steps with calorie burn estimates, and intermittent fasting windows — all in one calm dashboard.

Question 6

Is there a hands-free cooking assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nourish's AI cooking coach walks you through recipes step by step using voice, so you can cook without touching your screen. Ask questions and request ingredient swaps mid-cook.
